Sport and recreation fulfil an increasingly important role in society, embracing a wide range of benefits that include:

Motorsports facilities can assist with these ambitious goals, with their scale and size ranging from small club facilities for both kart and road vehicles, to Formula 1 championship courses. In addition, we consider that new test and training facilities for new products, but also to enhance driver skills, have an import role to play in today’s society, and due to the closeness of the subject matter we cover these under our Motorsports section.

Scott Wilson has assisted a range of clients to develop new motorsports and training and testing facilities, and to resolve technical queries during and after construction.

Working alongside world renowned motorsports consultants Apex Circuit Design and architects and project managers Ridge & Partners we provide detailed design services for motorsports facility construction and ancillary development. We believe in establishing long-term relations with our clients and therefore provide ongoing advice to motorsport circuit developers and operators on maintenance and improvement works.

We have expertise in designing a wide range of infrastructure facilities, from small test centres to large track facilities. With the increasing need to address sustainability in all developments we always consider very carefully the environmental and planning constraints of every project, and work hard to achieve balanced schemes.

In order to meet the complex needs of such developments we are able to call upon a number of specialists within Scott Wilson, those including:
